What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing project documents using the Aconex document management system
- Maintaining document registers, filing systems, transmittals, and correspondence
- Keeping project documentation organised, accurate, and up to date
- Coordinating document control activities with internal teams and stakeholders
- Supporting compliance with document management procedures throughout the project lifecycle
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Background with a construction company, engineering consultancy, or major infrastructure/construction project
- Must currently be available in the UAE
