Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and business growth
- Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and digital business metrics
- Manage online product listings, promotions, and customer experience improvements
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to enhance digital performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve online grocery operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in E-Commerce Management, Digital Retail, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Knowledge of online grocery operations and digital customer experiences is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
