A growing Dubai-based company is looking for an E-Commerce Team Leader to take the reins of its online sales operation. This is a role for a results-driven leader who’s comfortable managing people and platforms in equal measure — someone who can motivate a team while also digging into the data behind conversion rates and sales performance.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the e-commerce team, keep listings, pricing, and promotions on track across multiple platforms, and work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to keep growth on target.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the e-commerce team
- Track team performance against sales and KPI targets
- Manage online sales channels and e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory
- Monitor customer inquiries, orders, and overall sales performance
- Analyse sales data and prepare regular performance reports
- Drive initiatives that improve online sales and conversion rates
- Coordinate closely with marketing, content, and operations teams
- Spot new product and market opportunities
- Train, guide, and motivate team members day to day
What you bring
- 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce, online sales, or a related field
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, Instagram, Amazon, and Noon
- Strong grasp of online sales, social commerce, and KPI-driven management
- Good English communication skills; Chinese or Arabic is an advantage
- UAE/GCC market experience is a plus
