A well-established organization in Dubai is expanding its technical team and has an opening for a qualified Electrician on a permanent basis. This role suits hands-on tradespeople who take pride in safe, high-quality electrical work and who are comfortable operating independently on site.
You’ll be trusted with the full cycle of electrical installation, maintenance and repair work, using diagnostic instruments to pinpoint faults and reading technical drawings to execute jobs correctly the first time. Cable glanding and termination, safety-compliant PPE use, and methodical troubleshooting are all part of the daily routine.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out electrical installation, maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
- Measuring electrical parameters with multimeters, clamp meters and meggers
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings for accurate execution
- Performing cable glanding and termination work
- Following electrical safety procedures and proper PPE protocols at all times
- Inspecting and troubleshooting electrical systems as needed
What you’ll bring:
- ITI, Diploma or an equivalent technical qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Solid grounding in electrical fundamentals — current, voltage, resistance and insulation resistance
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Practical cable glanding and termination know-how
- UAE or GCC experience is a strong plus
