Oxo Corporates L.L.C is seeking a Finance & Audit Manager to independently manage audit, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, CFO advisory, and client-facing finance engagements. The position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complete client assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal and external statutory audit engagements.
- Manage Corporate Tax registrations, calculations, filings, and advisory work.
- Handle VAT registrations, returns, compliance, and client queries.
- Provide CFO/fractional finance support covering reporting, cash flow, controls, and management accounts.
- Oversee accounting and bookkeeping quality for assigned clients.
- Manage client relationships, proposals, service delivery, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- ACCA, CA, or CPA qualification required.
- Strong hands-on UAE audit, VAT, and Corporate Tax experience.
- Ability to independently manage client engagements.
- Strong Excel and accounting-software skills, including Xero, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar.
- Professional communication and analytical skills.
- UAE professional-services/accounting-firm experience is an advantage.
