Finance Manager is a full-time opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia within the Real Estate Development / Construction sector. The successful candidate will play an important role in oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting, while also helping the team manage project cost controls and monitor financial performance across operations.

This position suits a dependable professional who can take ownership of daily responsibilities, communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders, and maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, service, safety, or operational performance. Candidates should be comfortable managing priorities, following established procedures, maintaining organized records, and working effectively in a busy environment.

  • Employment: Full Time
  • Experience: 8–10 years
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; SOCPA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA is an advantage
  • Salary: SAR 25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
  • Manage project cost controls and monitor financial performance across operations.
  • Ensure accounting activities comply with IFRS, VAT, Zakat, and applicable Saudi regulations.
  • Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Use ERP platforms and advanced Excel to improve reporting, controls, and financial visibility.
  • Work closely with senior management and operational teams to strengthen financial performance.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in finance and accounting, preferably within real estate development or construction.
  • Practical knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, VAT, Zakat, and IFRS.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
