Finance Manager is an opportunity with Sahari International in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This Full Time position is suited to professionals who can apply relevant knowledge, communicate effectively, manage priorities, and maintain high standards in a professional working environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization’s day-to-day performance and help deliver reliable results within the assigned function.
The role requires Minimum 7 years together with Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Candidates should demonstrate practical capability, attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when required. Where applicable, local UAE or GCC experience, market knowledge, professional licensing, language ability, or specialist systems knowledge will be important.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management and accounting operations.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
- Conduct financial planning, analysis and budget variance reviews.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial KPIs.
- Maintain financial controls, policies and procedures.
- Lead the finance team and support business decisions.
Candidate Requirements
- 7+ years of finance and accounting experience.
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP and accounting systems.
- SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent is an advantage.
Compensation
The advertised compensation is SAR 18,000 – 28,000 per month (Estimated). Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate relevant experience, technical knowledge, and measurable results during the selection process.
