Champs UAE, a leading Sports & Fitness company, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its Dubai finance function, overseeing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
You’ll bring extensive UAE accounting experience, strong analytical abilities, and the leadership skills to manage financial processes efficiently while supporting the company’s ongoing growth.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily financial operations and accounting activities
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and management accounts
- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
- Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to support business decisions
- Monitor cash flow and maintain effective financial controls
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit activities
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 10–12 years of accounting experience
- UAE accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
