Finance Manager

A well-established company in the Metal & Manufacturing sector in Dubai is looking for a highly capable Finance Manager to take full ownership of its financial operations. This is a senior leadership role where your analytical rigour, compliance expertise, and strategic mindset will shape the company’s financial direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax requirements, and all statutory obligations.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.
• Supervise AP, AR, general ledger, and payroll functions.
• Lead internal and external audit coordination and maintain effective relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators.
• Develop and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Conduct cost analysis, inventory valuation, and profitability reviews within a manufacturing context.
• Support business planning, investment evaluation, and financial risk management.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 5–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Prior experience in the Metal, Steel, or Manufacturing industry is required.
• Strong command of IFRS, UAE VAT, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
