To maintain the highest safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service on every flight. If you’re a dedicated team player with a love for people and travel, we’d love to meet you.

Key Role Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Minimum height 158 cm
• Well-groomed, professional appearance (no visible tattoos in uniform)
• Valid passport
• Physically fit and able to pass an aero medical exam
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
• Strong swimmer (confident with flotation aid)
• Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• Team player, adaptable, and respectful in a multicultural environment
• Willing to relocate to Dubai

Minimum Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or retail
• International aviation experience is a plus

Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary + Allowances: AED 8,275/month
• Variable Flying Pay: Approx. AED 4,500/month (based on 90 flying hours)

• Open-ended contract
• Training Bond: USD 2,650 / approx. AED 9,700 (for the first year)
