Food Safety Officer is a full-time opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia within the Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Food Safety sector. The successful candidate will play an important role in conduct food-safety inspections and audits across restaurant and f&b operations, while also helping the team monitor compliance with haccp, food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

- Salary: SAR 6,000–10,000 per month (Estimated)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct food-safety inspections and audits across restaurant and F&B operations.
- Monitor compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Check food storage, temperature control, cleanliness, and hygiene practices.
- Identify food-safety risks and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, records, and compliance documentation.
- Support operational teams in applying food-safety procedures and best practices.
- Help ensure compliance with Saudi municipality and applicable food-safety requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Safety, Public Health, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, catering, or F&B operations.
- Good working knowledge of HACCP and food-safety management systems.
- Experience with inspections, audits, corrective actions, and reporting.
- Strong documentation, communication, and compliance skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi food-safety and municipality requirements is preferred.
