Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality guest service across restaurant, café, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain professional service standards appropriate for high-end dine-in and drive-thru environments.
- Perform duties associated with the assigned Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, Head Waiter, Waiter/Waitress, DCDP, Commis, or Barista position.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve smooth daily operations.
- Follow company procedures, health and safety requirements, and service standards.
- Contribute to a welcoming guest experience and positive team culture.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in high-end dine-in and/or drive-thru F&B operations.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and consistent service quality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Applicants must currently be based in the UAE and available for local hiring.
