A leading interior fit-out and brand-project group in Riyadh is looking for a strategic factory leader to manage the full operation of a manufacturing facility producing joinery, retail fixtures, metalwork, finishing and related fit-out solutions. The role covers production planning through final assembly and requires a strong record of delivering made-to-order work on schedule, within budget and to defined quality standards.

- Experience: 15+ years, including at least 7 years in a senior factory or plant leadership role.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering; MBA is an advantage.
- Salary: SAR 35,000–50,000 per month (estimated).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead factory operations covering production planning, joinery, metal fabrication, finishing, painting and final assembly.
- Translate shop drawings and bills of quantities into finished products while maintaining project schedules and cost targets.
- Manage factory budgets, profit and loss, cost control, material utilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee CNC machinery, preventive maintenance, quality assurance and health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Lead, coach and develop production engineers, supervisors and skilled craftsmen.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 15 years of manufacturing experience, including 7 years or more in a senior factory or plant management role.
- Strong experience in joinery, shop fitting, retail fit-out, furniture or fixture manufacturing in a make-to-order setting.
- Practical understanding of woodworking, metalworking, CNC machinery and ERP/MRP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering; an MBA is beneficial.
