General Manager MEP

Freesia Electro Mechanical Works, part of the AZIZI Developments group, is searching for a seasoned General Manager to take the reins of its MEP operations across major UAE projects. This is a senior leadership seat for someone who’s spent years in MEP contracting and knows what it takes to deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and to standard.

You’ll be steering everything from design coordination through to final handover, leading multidisciplinary teams, and keeping a close eye on both project performance and the bottom line.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing strategic leadership across all MEP operations
• Overseeing MEP project execution from design coordination through to handover
• Leading project teams toward timely, cost-effective delivery
• Managing budgeting, cost control, and overall P&L performance
• Ensuring every project complies with UAE construction codes and standards
• Coordinating closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement across MEP operations

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in MEP contracting
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• A track record of managing large-scale MEP projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Deep familiarity with the UAE construction market, codes, and regulations
