A retail brand in Riyadh is seeking Guest Associates to help shoppers find products and enjoy a welcoming, efficient store experience. This role is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with customer-facing experience. It suits someone who communicates well, listens to customer needs, and is comfortable supporting sales-floor activities in a retail environment.
Employment type: Full Time. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Estimated compensation: SAR 4,500–6,500 per month (estimated). Final pay and employment terms should be confirmed during recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and offer helpful assistance throughout their shopping visit.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
- Recommend suitable products and explain key features in a clear, friendly manner.
- Support sales targets by delivering attentive service and identifying relevant purchase options.
- Keep shelves, displays, and the sales floor organized and presentable.
- Build positive customer relationships and refer complex questions to the appropriate team member.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to build rapport are important.
- Retail or hospitality experience would be an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to learn product information and follow store procedures.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a professional approach to customer interactions are essential.
