Job Overview
Gulf Hotel Bahrain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support its legal department. This role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of commercial law and contract management who can assist in handling legal documentation, compliance, and coordination with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research and update contract templates
- Manage legal documentation and maintain contract databases
- Coordinate notarization, legalization, and apostille processes
- Liaise with external law firms and monitor litigation matters
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings (CBB, MOIC, Bahrain Bourse, etc.)
- Draft and translate legal documents in Arabic and English
- Advise internal teams on legal risks and compliance matters
- Provide general support to Legal Counsel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Bahraini laws and commercial contracts
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
