Canary Club Dubai is on the hunt for an experienced, confident Head Hostess / Hostess to lead its reservations and guest reception team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment and genuinely love making guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in, this role was made for you.

You’ll oversee reservations, manage seating with a clear head under pressure, and set the tone for front-of-house service — all while leading a small team to deliver a consistently great first impression.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the reservations and guest reception team day to day.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, even on busy nights.
• Welcoming guests warmly and setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
• Coordinating with the wider restaurant team to keep front-of-house operations smooth.
• Maintaining consistently high service standards in a busy dining environment.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory Host/Hostess role.
• Strong reservation and seating management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
• Genuine confidence working in a busy, high-energy restaurant setting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and Dubai hospitality standards.

Salary: approx. AED 6,000 – 9,000 (estimated), based on experience.
