    TitleHead Of Business DevelopmentJob DescriptionOur client is looking for a Head of Revenue and Strategy with the main focus on the Business Development side of the business.Candidate Requirements• Develop a business development strategy and plans with the board• Implement and review policies, procedures, and process in Business development, concierge & renewal division in line with established strategies• Set goals for business development, Concierge & renewal division on performance and growth• Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics• Present weekly, monthly and yearly reports to the board• Lead sales, concierge, renewal team/employees to encourage discretionary effort• Responsible for driving the team to achieve sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives• Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand with the approval of the Board.• Maintain sales, concierge, renewal staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed• Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.• Work with the Sales, Account Management, Finance, Marketing and Operations, teams to implement targeted sales strategy• Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer serviceQualifications:• At least have 5 years experience in Sales and Business Development industry• Have experience handling and managing Multi Revenue team with at least a minimum of 10 employees
