What the roles involve:

• Delivering excellent customer service and a genuinely positive guest experience
• Assisting guests professionally and handling requests efficiently
• Upholding high standards of food and beverage service
• Supporting daily restaurant operations and team activities
• Preparing and serving food or beverages to company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the workplace
• Working collaboratively with the hospitality team to keep service smooth

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B is preferred, though not mandatory for every role
• Good communication and customer service instincts
• A positive attitude and genuine teamwork ability
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Immediate availability is preferred
