Royal Phoenix Clinic, a growing multi-specialty medical facility in Dubai, is expanding its clinical team with eight key openings across specialist medicine, aesthetics, and allied health services. The clinic is seeking highly qualified, patient-centred professionals who are committed to delivering gold-standard healthcare within a professional and collaborative environment.

- Orthopedic Surgeon
- General Aesthetic Practitioner
- Laser Technician & Beauty Therapist
- Pediatrician
- Psychiatrist
- Urologist
- Cardiologist
- ENT Surgeon
Candidates with valid DHA eligibility or licensure, or those eligible to obtain DHA registration, and with relevant UAE healthcare experience are strongly preferred. The clinic offers a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment with a focus on patient care excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, professional, and compassionate healthcare services according to the assigned clinical specialty.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide appropriate consultations, diagnoses, treatments, or aesthetic procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate patient records and clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, explaining treatment plans and care options effectively.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of doctors, therapists, and technicians to deliver integrated care.
- Adhere to clinic protocols, UAE healthcare regulations, and applicable professional standards.
Requirements:
- Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain DHA registration in the relevant specialty.
- Recognised medical degree and professional credentials appropriate to the position applied for.
- UAE healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to quality patient care and professional conduct.
Salary: AED 12,000–35,000/month (Estimated, varies by specialty) | Location: Dubai, UAE
