Key Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC technicians and coordinate daily maintenance tasks where applying for the team-leader role.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC equipment according to job requirements.
- Carry out plumbing repairs and general maintenance tasks within the assigned scope.
- Receive, organize, issue, and track materials while maintaining accurate stock records.
- Support office coordination, communication, scheduling, and routine operational administration.
- Follow safety procedures and company work standards while reporting issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have experience relevant to facilities management, HVAC, plumbing, storekeeping, or office coordination.
- Team Leader – HVAC candidates must hold a valid UAE driving licence.
- Technical maintenance candidates should demonstrate practical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Store and office candidates should have reliable recordkeeping and organizational ability.
- Communicate well, work as part of a team, and follow safety instructions.
