ETO Group is hiring across three related restaurant roles in Dubai: Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter/Waitress, and Senior Waiter/Waitress. These positions all call for hospitality professionals who genuinely enjoy delivering great guest experiences and take pride in high service standards.
Fluency in Russian and English is required across the board, and applicants will need to attend a face-to-face interview in the UAE.

What you’ll be doing
- Supervising restaurant operations and keeping service running smoothly
- Delivering excellent customer service and keeping guest satisfaction high
- Supporting and guiding team members throughout service
- Making sure service standards and company procedures are followed
- Helping manage guest requests, feedback and service improvements
- Keeping the dining environment professional and welcoming
What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant role
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
- A genuine commitment to great service standards
- Fluent Russian and English
- Availability for a face-to-face interview in the UAE
