We are urgently looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in recruitment within the UAE and be confident in managing end-to-end hiring activities for construction-related roles, including both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HR and Recruitment experience in the UAE
- Dubai/UAE recruitment experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in bulk hiring for blue-collar and white-collar roles
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment coordination skills
- Good understanding of the UAE labor market and recruitment procedures
- Experience recruiting for the construction industry is highly preferred
