HR Generalist opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates within the shipping and logistics sector. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
- maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors.
- support visa and immigration administration.
- prepare HR letters, leave and attendance records, payroll inputs and MIS reports.
- assist with end-of-service calculations.
- maintain compliance records and coordinate with departments..
Requirements and Skills
- UAE HR experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- knowledge of MOHRE, WPS, immigration and UAE Labour Law.
- EOS calculations.
- advanced Excel.
- English fluency..

- Salary: AED 8,000–12,000 per month (estimated)
