An accomplished HR Manager is required to lead human resources operations at a prominent real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, and deep expertise in UAE HR practices and labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and uphold adherence to company policies.
- Manage employee relations and provide expert guidance on HR matters.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Drive recruitment, performance management, and employee development programmes.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and operating procedures.
- Support organisational growth through strategic HR planning and workforce initiatives.
Requirements: 5–7 years of proven HR management experience; bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory); thorough knowledge of UAE HR practices and labour laws; real estate industry background is an added advantage.
