- Develop talent acquisition strategies for brokerage positions.
- Handle employee-related processes in line with UAE labour requirements.
- Support visa processing and HR administration.
- Build and maintain recruitment pipelines for business needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
- At least 2 years in Forex/CFD brokerage.
- Strong brokerage recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processes.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
