We are looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Manager to lead human resources operations at our Dubai office. The successful candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws while working approximately 20 hours per week on-site.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience within the UAE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and visa procedures
- Ability to independently manage HR operations
- Previous experience in a standalone HR role preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
