HR Operations Manager

A growing organization in the UAE has an exciting opening for an experienced HR Operations Manager. A great fit for a skilled HR professional with extensive knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, and UAE labor law compliance.

You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintain compliance with employment regulations, improve HR processes, and support initiatives that boost employee engagement and overall workplace efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely, accurate administration
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Develop and improve HR processes to increase operational efficiency
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace relations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR operations experience
• GCC experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
