A growing organization in the UAE has an exciting opening for an experienced HR Operations Manager. A great fit for a skilled HR professional with extensive knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, and UAE labor law compliance.
You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintain compliance with employment regulations, improve HR processes, and support initiatives that boost employee engagement and overall workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely, accurate administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Develop and improve HR processes to increase operational efficiency
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace relations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR operations experience
- GCC experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
