A high-rise building project in Dubai needs an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety on-site from the ground up. This role is for a seasoned health, safety, and environmental professional who’s comfortable owning safety strategy on complex, high-profile construction projects.
You’ll be responsible for building and enforcing HSE policy across the site, running risk assessments, and making sure every part of the project meets UAE regulatory standards. Given the scale and complexity of the work, immediate joiners with Arabic fluency and strong leadership presence are especially encouraged to apply.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading all health, safety, and environmental activities on the project site
- Developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs
- Conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations
- Ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety standards
- Monitoring site activities and promoting a strong safety culture
- Providing HSE training and guidance to employees and contractors
- Preparing safety reports and maintaining accurate HSE records
- Coordinating with project management for safe, efficient execution
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of relevant HSE experience
- Proven track record on high-rise or major construction projects
- Mandatory UAE construction experience
- Mandatory Arabic language proficiency
- Ability to join immediately preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
