Maintain a safe and compliant environment for students, staff, visitors and school facilities. The HSE Officer will prepare risk assessments and emergency plans, conduct safety awareness sessions, organize fire drills and evacuation exercises, maintain inspection and incident records, and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and relevant authorities. A degree or diploma in occupational health and safety, environmental science or a related field plus mandatory NEBOSH certification is required. School or education-sector HSE experience is preferred.
