Human Resources Manager

Reflections Hotel Dubai is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations within its hotel in Al Jadaf. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a hospitality background who understands the unique rhythms of hotel workforce management and enjoys being a trusted point of contact for staff.

You’ll oversee employee relations, HR processes, and administrative activities that keep the workforce engaged and compliant, working closely with management on staffing and HR strategy. Candidates able to join within 10–15 days will be preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing daily human resources operations and activities
• Handling employee relations and providing HR support to staff
• Maintaining employee records, documents, and HR files
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Coordinating HR administrative processes and staff requirements
• Supporting management with workforce planning and HR matters

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as an HR Manager, ideally in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee management
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
