In-Store Visual Merchandiser is an opportunity with MAX UAE in United Arab Emirates. This Full Time position is suited to professionals who can apply relevant knowledge, communicate effectively, manage priorities, and maintain high standards in a professional working environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization’s day-to-day performance and help deliver reliable results within the assigned function.
The role requires 1–2 years together with Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field. Candidates should demonstrate practical capability, attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when required. Where applicable, local UAE or GCC experience, market knowledge, professional licensing, language ability, or specialist systems knowledge will be important.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain visual displays.
- Implement merchandising guidelines.
- Arrange products for customer appeal.
- Execute seasonal promotions.
- Monitor store presentation and recommend improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years visual merchandising experience.
- UAE retail preferred.
- Strong visual merchandising knowledge.
- Excellent eye for styling and presentation.
- Ability to execute brand guidelines.
- Passion for fashion and creativity.
Compensation
The advertised compensation is AED 4,500–6,500 per month (Estimated). Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate relevant experience, technical knowledge, and measurable results during the selection process.
