Internal Audit Engineer is a full-time opportunity based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates within the Construction sector. The successful candidate will play an important role in conduct internal reviews of operational processes, controls, and project activities, while also helping the team identify risks, errors, control weaknesses, and opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal reviews of operational processes, controls, and project activities.
- Identify risks, errors, control weaknesses, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Review compliance with internal policies, procedures, and project requirements.
- Prepare clear audit reports containing findings, evidence, and recommendations.
- Support risk-management activities and monitor corrective actions.
- Work with project and management teams to improve operational efficiency and control effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Three to five years of UAE experience.
- Background in construction, project management, quality control, or internal audit.
- Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, compliance, and audit reporting.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
