Internal IT Infrastructure Specialist / Engineer

FDC is hiring an Internal IT Infrastructure Specialist / Engineer for its on-site IT team in Dubai. The role manages corporate network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, end-user support, and office technology systems. Responsibilities include LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, VMware or Hyper-V environments, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, backups, disaster recovery, endpoint protection, vendor coordination, hardware procurement, and Tier 2/3 support for Windows and macOS. Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, AWS/Azure, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and enterprise hardware is relevant. The source requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and 3–5+ years of corporate infrastructure experience. Preferred certifications include CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure/M365, Fortinet NSE, or ITIL Foundation. The estimated salary is AED 12,000–18,000 per month. Immediate joiners and candidates on visit visas are considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and firewall systems.
• Support server, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services.
• Implement cybersecurity, endpoint, backup, and disaster-recovery measures.
• Coordinate telecom and IT vendors.
• Support hardware and software procurement.
• Provide Tier 2/3 Windows and macOS support.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and office technology systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of corporate IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, AWS/Azure, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple hardware is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Azure/M365, Fortinet NSE, or ITIL are preferred.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills.

Salary

AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month (Estimated)
