Minutes Quick Services is seeking a capable and motivated Inventory Checker to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to professionals who can bring practical expertise, dependable execution, and a strong commitment to quality. The role offers the chance to contribute directly to day-to-day operations while working in a professional environment where accuracy, communication, and timely delivery are important.
The position sits within the Retail / Inventory Management / Quick Services function and requires Relevant UAE experience in Inventory Checking or a similar role. Candidates should hold diploma or bachelor’s degree in inventory management, supply chain, business administration, or a related field. The indicated compensation is AED 3,000–4,500 per month (Estimated). The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively, manage assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintain professional standards, and respond positively to changing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify stock quantities and inventory movements across company branches.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock data regularly.
- Investigate shortages, discrepancies and unusual inventory variances.
- Coordinate with operational teams to support timely stock control and replenishment.
- Assist with inventory audits and prepare clear stock and movement reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant UAE inventory or stock-checking experience.
- Strong numerical accuracy, organization and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of stock control and inventory documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
