Al Meera is looking for a dependable, tech-savvy IT Administrator to keep its Dubai operations — spanning office, factory, and warehouse — running smoothly, securely, and without a hitch.
You’ll be the go-to person for technical support, IT infrastructure, and network security, giving employees the assistance they need while making sure systems stay locked down and up to date. This role suits an IT professional who’s comfortable getting hands-on with enterprise systems and networking across a busy, multi-site operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Managing Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, and email systems
- Maintaining Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and network security
- Performing data backups and supporting cybersecurity best practices
- Monitoring and supporting CCTV and access-control systems
- Keeping IT systems operational, secure, and well maintained
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and troubleshooting
- UAE experience preferred
- Sharp problem-solving and communication skills
