A leading and rapidly growing organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its technology operations and oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and daily technology operations.
- Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
- Manage enterprise networking, firewalls, virtualization platforms, and cloud solutions.
- Plan and deliver IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the IT team.
- Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in an IT leadership position.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
