A leading IT services organization is hiring an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to support end users and manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations in Abu Dhabi.
You’ll provide L1–L3 support across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD and Windows Server environments, troubleshoot hardware, network and security issues, and keep enterprise IT running smoothly. UAE-based candidates with solid enterprise support experience will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1, L2 and L3 technical support and resolve IT incidents
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration (users, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, printer and server issues
- Support Active Directory, Azure AD and Windows Server environments
- Manage endpoint security, patching and security policies
- Assist with backups and infrastructure support
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain documentation of incidents and solutions
Requirements
- 3–6 years in IT Service Desk, Support or Infrastructure Support
- UAE-based candidates preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, SCCM
Salary: AED 8,000–10,000 per month
