💼 Position: Assistant Director of Human Resources – Hospitality Industry
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Build interdepartmental relationships through effective communication
- Align HR strategies with business objectives
- Guide and develop the HR team to foster a high-performance culture
- Resolve complex issues with a solution-oriented mindset
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic hospitality environment
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector is mandatory
