Junior Accountant

A Dubai-based real estate company is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team. This role is well-suited to someone with practical accounting experience who wants to grow their career in a fast-paced property development environment.

You’ll support the full range of day-to-day accounting activities, from accounts payable and receivable to reconciliations and reporting, working with real numbers that matter to a growing real estate business. Candidates with real estate or property development experience and immediate availability will be preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with daily accounting operations and financial transactions
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Preparing invoices and maintaining accurate billing records
• Performing bank reconciliations and verifying financial data
• Maintaining accounting records and supporting documentation
• Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous accounting experience in real estate or property development required
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience required
• Experience with AP/AR, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial records
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• UAE accounting experience preferred; immediate joiners highly preferred
