Job Overview
Madina Group is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Auditor to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in financial and process auditing who are ready to support audit functions and ensure compliance within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting financial audits, process reviews, and internal control evaluations
- Support senior auditors in preparing audit reports and documentation
- Review and verify financial data for accuracy and compliance
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and control
- Ensure audit activities are completed within deadlines and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit
- 3–4 years of experience in financial and process audits
- CA firm training is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, financial controls, and compliance standards
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
