Job Overview
Oasis Cuisines is hiring a Junior HR Executive for its Dubai team. This is a full-time opportunity in human resources. Role Summary
The successful candidate will support core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR policies, and daily HR operations. The role requires practical execution, accurate coordination, professional communication, and attention to detail. The candidate will provide HR support to both office and factory teams. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Support HR policies and daily HR operations.
- Coordinate onboarding and administrative tasks.
- Provide HR support to office and factory teams.
- Handle other related HR duties as needed.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR administration.
- Manufacturing or FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa processes is advantageous.
