Junior Sous Chef

Hotel Local, Autograph Collection JVT is seeking a qualified professional for Junior Sous Chef in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The vacancy is a full-time opportunity published in September 2026, with an advertised salary of AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month (Estimated). Key Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen and food-preparation operations.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, presentation and service standards.
• Assist senior chefs in supervising and guiding kitchen team members.
• Ensure HACCP, hygiene and food-safety requirements are followed.
• Support menu execution and efficient restaurant-kitchen operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year as Junior Sous Chef or in a similar role.
• Hotel or restaurant experience.
• UAE availability and immediate joining readiness preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of HACCP and kitchen procedures.
