A reputable organization is seeking an experienced Legal Associate to join its legal team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents
- Provide legal advisory services related to corporate and commercial matters
- Assist with arbitration proceedings and prepare the required legal documentation
- Ensure legal compliance and support the organization on contractual and regulatory matters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely legal guidance
Requirements:
- LL.B. Degree
- UAE legal experience in corporate law, commercial law, and legal advisory services
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Knowledge of arbitration proceedings
- Fluency in English is mandatory
Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000 (estimated)
