About the Position
Global Alliance Group DMCC is inviting applications for the Logistics Manager position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The opportunity is designed for professionals who can apply practical expertise in logistics, supply chain & commodity trading while maintaining dependable standards in day-to-day work.
The role focuses on international shipping; import/export/cross-trade; freight forwarders; commodity/polymer trading; negotiation. The successful candidate will work in a professional environment where accuracy, communication and consistent execution are important. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work effectively with colleagues.

- Pay range: AED 12,000 – AED 18,000 per month
Primary Accountabilities
- Manage import, export and cross-trade shipments from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, freight forwarders, suppliers and customers across international movements.
- Review freight options, negotiate rates and identify opportunities to control logistics expenditure.
- Ensure shipping, customs and commercial documentation is complete and available when required.
- Use ERP and Excel-based information to track shipments, resolve issues and maintain visibility across the logistics cycle.
Selection Profile
Candidates should have at least five years of international logistics and shipping experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Strong knowledge of import/export, cross-trade, freight forwarding, customs documentation, freight-rate negotiation and international commercial movements is important.
