Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations based on assigned role
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Handle documentation, reporting, and data entry tasks
- Assist in order processing, shipment tracking, or procurement activities
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients
- Maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination role
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
- Willingness to relocate and stay in company-provided accommodation
- Experience in printing, packaging, logistics, or sales support is an advantage
