Marketing Coordinator

Harbor Real Estate is hiring a proactive, tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support its Dubai marketing efforts. This role suits someone who’s comfortable juggling several campaigns at once and knows their way around social media, CRM tools, and marketing automation.

You’ll be coordinating day-to-day marketing activity, managing broker and agency relationships, and helping the team put out consistent, engaging content — all while using AI-powered tools to work smarter. Dubai real estate experience is a plus, but a strong marketing instinct matters just as much.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating daily marketing activities and supporting active campaigns
• Managing social media content and digital communication channels
• Helping coordinate events and maintaining broker and agency relationships
• Supporting marketing automation activities and CRM management
• Creating and coordinating engaging content across digital platforms
• Using AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency and workflow
• Managing multiple priorities while keeping tasks on schedule

What you’ll bring:

• 2–3+ years of marketing experience
• Dubai real estate experience is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Strong grasp of social media, content creation, and digital communications
• Experience coordinating events and managing broker/agency relationships
• Comfort working with CRM systems, marketing automation, and AI tools
• A highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
