Mallside Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton is inviting applications for Marketing Manager to join its pre-opening team. An exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality marketing professional eager to contribute to the successful launch of a new Hilton property in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar marketing role within a Hilton hotel. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies, strengthen the hotel’s brand presence, and support business growth through effective promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the hotel’s pre-opening and ongoing operations
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness
- Coordinate marketing activities across digital and traditional channels
- Work closely with internal teams to promote hotel services and special offers
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar marketing role within a Hilton hotel
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple marketing projects effectively
- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry
