Leadership is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi. A good fit for a marketing professional with a proven background in the Tadbeer sector and a strong understanding of marketing strategies that drive business growth.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, identifying market opportunities, and strengthening the company’s brand presence. Applicants should possess excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing market trends and deliver effective marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support business objectives
- Plan, manage, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for better results
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve marketing and business goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Marketing Manager within the Tadbeer industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms, marketing campaign planning and execution, market research, trends, and performance analysis
