Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and collections activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage accounting records, financial transactions, and receivables processes.
• Supervise and support team members involved in accounting and collections functions.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger while ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve cash recovery performance.
• Monitor collection targets and support healthy organizational cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, UAE VAT regulations, and company policies.
• Support financial control procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding outstanding payments and account reconciliation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in accounting and collections management.
• Previous experience within the Medical Supplies, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial records, receivables, and collection activities effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a full-time, on-site environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
